Swipework is job hunting the way Gen Z wants it: no recruiters, no CVs, no boring vacancies, just video and swiping. We gave that bold, energetic brand the system to stay just as sharp everywhere.
Swipework speaks to a young audience with a monthly reach of half a million and a 4.8-star app. A brand like that cannot play it safe. The tone is casual and irreverent, the imagery fast and mobile-first, with an electric indigo-purple as the signature colour against bright white and a deep black. We translated that into a workable system of social templates that carry the energy of 'Swipe. Like. Work.' in every post, plus a strategy to keep up that pace.
To make the brand scalable we set it all down in a brand guide: from logo, colour and typography to tone and imagery, so everyone who works with Swipework speaks the same language. On top of that we produced print and media kits for partners and employers. The team can now carry the brand out on its own, online and offline, without losing the sharp edges.
