We only process data that you provide yourself, in particular when you fill in the contact form or email or call us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The services you’re interested in
• The content of your message
• Data you voluntarily share during our collaboration (for example by email or phone)

We use your data solely to:

• Respond to your question or request;
• Prepare a quote or proposal;
• Carry out an assignment or collaboration;
• Stay in touch with you about an ongoing project.

We process your data based on your consent (you contact us yourself) and, when we work together, on the performance of a contract. For a limited part a legitimate interest may apply, such as answering a question.

We don’t keep your data longer than necessary. Messages sent via the contact form are kept for up to 12 months after the contact has ended, unless a collaboration results from it. Data relating to an assignment is kept for as long as needed for delivery and for the statutory (administrative and tax) retention periods.

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us run this website and our services (processors), and only as far as necessary:

• Netlify, host of this website and processor of the form submissions.
• Parties we engage for email or administration, where applicable.

Where necessary, we make agreements with processors about the protection of your data (data processing agreement).

This website places no tracking or marketing cookies and uses no analytics that follow you across websites. Only technically necessary data is processed to make the site work.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your data;
• Have your data corrected or deleted;
• Withdraw your consent;
• Object to the processing;
• Have your data transferred.
