Done by AI gives accounting and bookkeeping firms a complete AI department: one system for the whole practice, turning work that took hours into minutes. We gave that promise a brand as clear and confident as the offer.
To many firms AI still sounds abstract, while Done by AI is in fact very concrete: files, annual accounts and VAT returns that largely run themselves, with links to the software accountants already use. We built an identity that is warm and human rather than cold and technical: a cream-white base with warm coral and peach tones, a fresh raspberry pink and a touch of lavender purple. Over that a crisp, numbered system (No. 001, 01 Manifesto) that makes the brand feel methodical and considered, exactly the qualities a firm looks for in its software.
The website is built around results. No vague AI talk, but what it does, what it delivers and how you start. The tone is direct and businesslike, the structure leads the visitor from problem to solution to first step. Fast to launch, sharply findable and built to grow as the offer expands.
